**Your new company**
Your new organisation is a global industrial manufacturing company with offices across Australia. An opportunity has arisen in their team in the south-eastern suburbs for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team on a 12-month contract.

**Your new role**
Your new role will see you work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Team as well as local team members to successfully manage recruitment of middle
- and senior-management positions. Your role will see you:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (with support from the HR operations team)
- Develop effective pipelines through networking and proactive sourcing strategies
- Coordinate recruitment-related events
- Internal and external promotion of career opportunities within the business
- Support the development and implementation of long-term strategic talent processes and solutions

**What you'll need to succeed**

**What you'll get in return**
In return, you will be generously compensated with a salary of $150k - $160k + 10.5% superannuation. You’ll have flexibility to work from home in this hybrid role, with some days in the south-eastern office required. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global organisation and really make your mark in the Talent Acquisition space.
