**About the opportunity**:
We are seeking an International Enquiry & Conversion Officer to join our dynamic sales and customer service team. In this role, you will leverage your bilingual skills (English and at least one additional language relevant to our international student cohort is preferred) to efficiently and warmly respond to enquiries from prospective international students.

Your core responsibilities include:

- Utalise the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for lead capture, reporting, and communication while maintaining accurate records. Assist with outreach conversion activities and promotional events, such as Open Days, by providing friendly and professional support to prospective students.

**About you**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification at Associate Diploma level, and/or progress towards the completion of a Bachelor-level degree, and/or previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics.

**Salary and benefits**:

- Full-time, continuing (permanent)
- Located at either Gold Coast, QLD 4225, or Lismore, NSW 2480. Generous relocation support available.
- HEW Level 4. The base salary ranges from $69,473 - $74,607 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $87,290 per annum.
- The base salary for Academic Level A ranges from $71,728 - $96,574 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $112,991.
