**About the role**
As Operations Administrator your responsibilities are varied to match the requirements of the fast-paced nature of our business. This position is vital to ensuring we deliver on our customer service promises day in and day out.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all internal and external clients
- Carry our general administration and office duties with high attention to detail
- Provide administration assistance to the management and senior management teams
- Administration for Control Agents & outside hires, taking responsibility for inquiries & maintaining compliance
- Provide weekly reports to management on Service Quality KPI’s
- Ensure compliance with OHS, Dangerous Goods and Environmental legislation
- Contribute to the climate of proactive continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems
- Ad hoc tasks as required by management
**Experience Required**
- Experience working within an administration role
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable with a high level of autonomy
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Data entry, analysis and problem-solving skills
- Transport Industry experience advantageous
- Basic track and trace experience advantageous
- Supply management/accounts/payroll experience desirable
- Advanced computer skills especially in MS Office Excel - generating/running reports
