Position description:

- Initial contact with customers in person and on the phone
- Enjoy engaging with clients on a one on one basis
- Liaise with customers and communicate expected customer outcomes effectively
- Complete effective bookings and establish positive outcome criteria
- Complete job cards and set specific job outcomes
- Basic computer skills. This will develop with training on specific industry based software
- Have the natural ability to problem solve
- A willingness to learn and develop within a role
- Work within a small team in a busy environment
- Think on your feet
- Bring your own skill set to the work environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
