  • Lead, train and develop the Front Office Team
  • Manage key performance indicators, forecasts and profit/loss statements
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this challenging role, candidates should possess:

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership position within a 4-5 star hotel or resort environment
  • Expertise in budget control, rostering and forecasting
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a focus on quality standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant hospitality systems
  • A demonstrated ability to mentor, train and motivate a customer-focused team
