Elements of Byron is an award-winning beach front resort nestled on 50 acres of absolute beach front paradise. We have 202 Villas, Azure Restaurant, multiple Food and Beverage outlets and a luxurious Day Spa.
This is a busy role, so your strong organisational, reporting and planning skills will be well utilised. Our Front Office team love interacting with our guests and visitors, they are passionate about the resort and our facilities.
**If you are looking to relocate to the beautiful Northern Rivers of NSW**, we have interim staff accommodation available for up to three months to give you peace of mind while you look for something more permanent. This is one of the many benefits of working with us.

Requirements*
- Lead, train and mentor the Front Office Team
- Management of budgets, wages costs, forecasting, profit and loss
- Nurture a professional, high-quality service orientated environment
- Anticipate guests needs and exceed their expectations
- Develop, implement and monitor service standards
- Ability to problem solve with a high level of attention to detail
- Build and develop long lasting internal and external relationships
- **The experience you will bring**:

- Previous experience in a similar role with a 4-5 star hotel/resort.
- Experience with budget control and rostering.
- Well presented with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organisational skills with a clear focus on quality and standards.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite). Fidelio or Opera System experience essential.
- Strong understanding of IT system interfaces
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, lead and motivate a customer focused team.
- Effective time management and organisational skills

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
