One of our major telecommunications clients based in Sydney are currently looking for an Technical Specialist**. **The contract is for 6 months, where you will be given the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the continued innovation and success of this client.

**About the role**

The role would focus on maintaining existing Fixed network engineering, business facing and performance functions in parallel to the team delivering CX related improvements. Key focus would include:

- WiFi Cloud tender technical completion including BAFO, SoW support and award
- Evolution of FNX toolsets/IT Systems environment - working with FNX team and Digital Networks /IP Networks teams on the steps required to evolve, develop and remediate current reporting
- Supporting NBN CVC Management - transition off current system into CVC Resize, Forecasting and Flex
- Coordination of verbatim analysis of fixed customer surveys, working with overall program PM, other Networks support staff and FNX team to advise findings
- Conduct Network satisfaction survey result analysis and support customer call back issue follow up, aligning with initiatives, including generating/providing NPS Stats for Insights Team - Outages, Trouble Tickets, Congestion
- Technical Specialist with knowledge of Fixed NBN networking.
- Experience with tender processes and award.
- Experience with reporting and analytics.
