We are looking for a Post Racing Administrator to join our Equine Welfare Team.

**About the Opportunity**:
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Off The Track (OTT) Program Manager in the implementation of recommendations of the Equine Welfare Strategic Plan as they relate to post-racing.

The Post Racing Administrator will also support the Equine Welfare Team’s administration requirements and more broadly be the first point of contact for the EW Team.

There will be a particular focus on the OTT sponsorship program and OTT Community (OTTC) targeting the ‘Demand’ and ‘Longevity’ post racing principles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing team assistance in raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Answering and assisting/triaging Equine Welfare phone calls
- Provide administration support for various programs within the equine welfare team such as Acknowledged Retrainer and RESET Programs
- OTT Community/Post-racing Platform admin - including approving horse claims, running merchandise reports, uploading content, sourcing photos, updating OTTC events calendar
- Providing timely and efficient event coordination/assistance for OTT Events and sponsorship

**About You**:
You will thrive in a fast paced and hands on team environment. Some of the skills and experience you will have include:

- Demonstrated attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and forward planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise, identify key actions and coordinate various work streams to maintain momentum.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills which facilitate interaction with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Pro-active, self-motivated and deadline driven.
- Team focused with sound organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple issues/projects.
- Current Driver’s Licence holder
- Ability to work some weekend to attend sponsored events
