Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team to assist to analyse daily product & supply levels to ensure stock variances are minimised.

The role:

- Manage stocktakes of raw materials so that stock variances are minimised
- Assist with ordering raw materials and purchased goods as necessary
- Manage stock rotation of raw materials
- Reporting used by dates on a regular basis to the management team and completing disposals of products as required
- Checking invoices against all product received and noting discrepancies
- Enter all purchasing data into OSTENDO and ensuring that all goods dispatched are posted correctly
- Ensure all suppliers are appropriately HACCP and GMP system accredited.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in stores, purchasing, warehousing and administration roles
- Tertiary qualifications in procurement, warehousing or administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiar with purchasing systems, accounts payable, invoicing and data entry
- Minimum 3 years Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) e.g. OSTENDO
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
