**About the Role**:
This is a Permanent Full Time position within the Finance department. We are seeking a team leader who has experience in the administration private, compensible and medicare ineligible patients. The position will play a lead role in strategic revenue maximisation with regards to the conversion of private patients. The position will also be required to ensure best practice is in place for the effective administration and revenue maximisation of NDIS patient services rendered by the hospital.

**Your Skills and Experience**:
**Essential**
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in a complex customer service role
- Proven experience leading a team to deliver organisational objectives
- Post-secondary or tertiary qualification in a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in dealing with private health funds, Medicare and NDIS disability service systems, with an ability to navigate the complex rules to implement robust processes
- A detailed understanding of health funding models and the funding implications of private v public patients
- High degree of computer literacy, including a solid understanding of Microsoft Office products, including proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook and capacity to quickly learn new financial software systems

**Desirable**
- Experience with digital health systems
