Co-ordination of transport activities:

- Linehaul manifesting
- Freight discrepancy investigation and reporting. This includes depot searches.
- Track freight for Customer
- Data entry
- Daily freight bookings
- liaising with On-forwarders when required
- Intermediate level in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet diverse business priorities
- Demonstrated decision-making capability
- Proactively instigating action where appropriate
- The ability to work within timelines and prioritise work
- Strong communication skills - both written & Verbal

Additional task:

- Answering and resolving any key account queries
- Customer pricing/Quoting & Job Costing
- Back up to the 3PL Team when required - Process orders and attend to customer Warehouse enquiries

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $43,142.08 - $75,478.08 per year

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
