The role provides a pivotal point of contact for key stakeholders from a diverse range of government and private sectors. The position regularly liaises with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and operates independently with a high-level of professionalism, initiative, and collaboration.

**About you**:

- Experience in using departmental systems, inclusive of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint is essential.
- Experience providing a range of effective executive support functions including; accurately managing diaries and providing quality support to committees, working groups and meetings. This includes taking and circulation of minutes and follow up actions.
- Ability to operate with confidentiality, discretion and a high-level of integrity and autonomy in managing communication between executive staff and their offices, with key stakeholders, and the community. Independently allocate issues for resolution and reporting by directors, managers and staff.
- Experience arranging meetings and conferences, including liaison with senior executives and government officials coordinating papers, organising venues, agendas, taking minutes and follow-up actions and making travel and accommodation arrangements.
