We are looking for a Project Officer who will be working within an ICT project environment with a large utilities business. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of formal and comprehensive project plans, budgets, supporting estimates, records, and registers involved in undertaking major projects.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

- General work experience with comprehensive project management experience. Works unsupervised. (13 months to 3 years).
- Demonstrated experience working within an ICT project environment, including risk management, reporting, and budgeting, and an ability to coordinate the delivery of work packages.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2).
- Demonstrated ability communicating with customers on the appropriate level to ensure understanding, providing practical and relevant advice that meets short
- and long-term needs.
- Proven effective consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in the project environment.
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes, and accountabilities.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members
