- THE TEAM
- Ticketmaster’s Global Product Marketing group operates as the client voice of our company. Our mission is to develop competitive, compelling, & cohesive narratives that connect product & services to global client experiences. We advocate for our clients across the product lifecycle, building our B2B narrative across strategic priorities, enterprise products, and agile release cycles. This team serves as the glue between global product, global communications, sales enablement teams, and product design to develop the Ticketmaster Enterprise narrative and bring new products to market.- THE JOB
- The Manager of Sales Enablement will play an important role in helping Ticketmaster to win and retain business across our global markets. You will be responsible for telling the Ticketmaster story, including how the company’s products and services provide solutions specific to a clients’ needs. These stories will be told through numerous channels, including sales materials and presentations, conferences, and more. You will build strong relationships with local market stakeholders and understand the perspectives of Ticketmaster’s diverse clientele, while keeping a pulse on the industry’s latest offerings. - WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING- Support the creation, implementation and management of engaging sales decks, presentations, and other marketing materials to help relate our products and services to multiple stakeholders.-
- Interpret and prioritize multiple perspectives to effectively tell a focused story.-
- Tailor and translate (with 3rd party) internal resource materials with ongoing communications to the sales team to promote engagement.-
- Ensure consistency of client communication for assigned segments and local markets.Work with the local markets to identify opportunities for representation at key industry events and providing support materials.-
- Other responsibilities, as defined by business requirements.- WHAT YOU NEED - EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS- Marketing and/or sales enablement experience required-
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment required-
- Microsoft suite proficiency required, specifically PowerPoint and Excel-
- Ticketing system business development understanding preferred-
