**About the Role**:
In this 5 month contract you will work with our internal Customer Operations, Product Marketing, Product and Global Sales enablement teams to commercialise any product changes or new product offerings. Then to arm the Global Sales Community with information, content, strategies, programs, and projects to best enable Xero’s Sales Teams.

You will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating communication, work pipelines, seeking opportunities for collaboration within the team and with Xero.

You’ll deliver strong and consistent thinking and programs of work that drive Global sales capability.

**What You'll Do;**:

- Contribute significantly to Global sales enablement long term strategy.
- Representing the team on project working groups, working with key Global stakeholders including sales, marketing, product, sales enablement, product marketing, communications and customer ops.
- Project lead (that requires ‘doing’ and ‘leading’- the design, build Global Sales Enablement learning programs to ensure the Global Sales team are efficiently and effectively growing capability. Develop strategic learning blueprints, learner journeys - including learning assets, decks and scripts for all partner tools presentations - to aid embedding of key strategic programs and projects.
- Coordinate with the Global Sales Enablement leads to support key initiatives
- Project management of key strategic programs.
- Contribute to sales enablement learning resources
