Where the team fits in
- The purpose of the Customer Excellence team is to embed a customer-centric culture & drive profitable customer behavior and plans.
- Within the broader Customer Excellence remit the Sales Enablement team plays a crucial role in bringing the voice of customer into the broader business to drive robust product commercialisation, and drive desired business outcomes through the development and execution of initiative sales strategies that ensure sales targets are achieved to drive higher revenues and set our sales team up for success.
- The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for developing the sales plan per initiative, defining sales success metrics, monitoring sales capacity, and deploying programs, process, and tools that enable sales teams to effectively drive revenue outcomes and execute the core-aspects of their job.

What the role is all aboutOwn and lead the sales strategy and portfolio planning aligned to strategic business priorities, working cross functionally to drive the most profitable initiatives with greatest customer impact-
- Own and drive the sales channel planning per market, ensuring customer facing teams are focused on the right priority at the right time-
- Define sales success metrics per initiative that are clear and measurable, including driving sales performance reporting per initiative, monitoring market share, and providing aggregated insights & reporting for stakeholders across the business-
- Deliver programs that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to selling and revenue performance of key initiatives-
- Be the key conduit between other business functions and the sales teams, working cross functionally to identify deliverables and accountability-
- Proactively identify and implement tactical campaigns and/or growth initiatives to achieve revenue goals and/or customer/consumer satisfaction, including acquisition and retention strategies, working alongside sales operations and analytics teams.-
- Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer profiles and behavior, and use these insights to alongside marketing develop and execute GTM strategiesWho we’re looking for- Self-starter able to scope and drive key projects with little or no supervision-
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence co-workers from multiple disciplines daily-
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, digital media or equivalent discipline-
- Strong analytical capabilities including ability to conduct gap analysis, correlate results to stakeholders, and suggest improvements-
- Prior experience in sales channel planning and developing growth sales strategies for products-
- Demonstrated initiative & problem-solving skillsThe REA experience
