**About Them**
Your new employer is a market leader in their industry and have been operating in Australia for over 60 years. They design, manufacture and distribute products for both residential and commercial markets. In Australia they directly employ around 200 employs which are made up of predominately Sales & Marketing and Manufacturing. Due to a recent restructure, they are seeking a new HR Manager to look after Australia, based in the Hills district.

**About the Role**
Reporting into the Head of HR, who is based in NZ, you will provide HR Business partner support across the Australian business and be responsible for managing a small team.

This role will suit a commercial, broad based generalist HR professional, with strengths in ER & IR, who can build relationships across a wide range of role types. This role covers all aspects of HR.

**About You**
Tertiary qualified in HR you will be well seasoned in all ER/IR aspects. Ideally you will have some experience in workers comp and also have knowledge of WHS, however there will be support from Operations on the daily activities. Experience in manufacturing or working with a unionized blue collar workforce will be essential for this role as well as working knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
