Administration Volunteer

**Purpose / Objective**
The Administration Volunteer provides administrative support to the Employment Services team by supporting the ASESS program with administrative work and data input into Salesforce and CiviCRM.
**Commitment Period**:Minimum 3 months
**Days and hours required per week**:One weekday per week, 4-5 hours. Flexible which day and start and finish time.
**Location**:ASC Office Newtown. Possibility for volunteering from home once the training period is completed.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Responding to client enquiries
- Reviewing and processing forms
- Corresponding with ASC clients and ES staff
- Handling client and activity related documents in Google Drive
- Data recording into Civi Database and Salesforce
- Using Google Suite
- Conducting regular VEVO checks on ASESS registered clients
**Selection Criteria**
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to closely follow workflows and guidance documents
- Ability to effectively coordinate and organise tasks within the organisation
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff and volunteers
- Flexibility and willingness to take on extra tasks as appropriate
- Ability to adhere to policies in relation to code of conduct, boundaries and confidentiality
- Experience in working with people from various backgrounds and cultures
- Ability to adhere to policies concerning code of conduct, boundaries and confidentiality
**General Conditions**
All ASC staff and volunteers are required to:

- Comply with Work, Health and Safety systems
- Comply with Incident Management Procedures and emergency protocols
- Demonstrate respectful and welcoming behaviour with all people at ASC in culturally appropriate ways
- Undertake a NSW Working with Children Check before commencement and ensure it is up-to-date
- Support a child-safe organisation by undertaking screening for suitability to work with children and vulnerable people and to comply with relevant state/territory legislative requirements
