**About the Role**
As the **Finance Administrator**, you will support the Workplace Solutions (WPS) Manager with project coordination, financial administration, and compliance activities. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate reporting, smooth procurement processes, and exceptional client service within a diverse and dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Resolve non-compliant invoices with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of invoices and financial systems.
- Liaise with contractors and clients to resolve overdue payments.
- Generate Budget Request Forms (BRFs) and maintain Accounts Receivable records.
- Manage document control, including invoices and expense forms.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and participate in audits.
**Your Skills and Experience**
**Essential**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a priority).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
**Desirable**:
- Basic financial or accounting knowledge.
