About the Role
Please note; this is a 12-month fixed term contract.
What you’ll be doing- Lead the Data Council, coordinating activities, meetings, and initiatives, while facilitating collaboration among members and stakeholders.- Develop and integrate detailed change management plans into project plans, ensuring timelines, communication strategies, and resource requirements are met.- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.-
- Identify training needs related to change initiatives and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs, providing ongoing support and guidance.- Prepare regular reports for senior management on the status and impact of change initiatives, implementing best practices and lessons learned to enhance future efforts.
About you- Over 4 years of experience as a change analyst with in-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.- Proficient in change impact analysis, risk assessment, and providing actionable insights from complex data.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.- Skilled in creating and delivering effective presentations to diverse audiences.- Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels and familiarity with data modelling, data mapping, and data structures.- Strong background in agile delivery, experienced with tools such as Confluence and JIRA; a background in utilities is highly preferable.
