We're Hiring: Change Analyst

Location: Melbourne - Hybrid work

Type: Contract

Duration - 3 months

We're looking for a
Change Analyst
to join our team and lead the way in shaping transformation initiatives.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conducting impact assessments to identify areas of change.
  • Preparing and executing change and adoption strategies.
  • Using change management tools and methodologies to support delivery.
  • Creating engaging documentation and communications to promote user adoption.
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions with diverse audiences.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure change readiness and alignment.
  • Preparing reports, process maps, and proposing business solutions.
  • Focusing on the people side of change—processes, systems, roles, and structures.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Change Analysis domain.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Proven experience in organisational change readiness and training delivery.
  • Advanced communication skills—able to present data creatively and effectively.
