If you have the skills to keep a busy, fast-paced office in check and organised, this is the role for you You will need a ‘roll your sleeves up’ attitude and bring a positive energy to your office location.
**What will your day look like?**
- Manage the building and facilities at our Fortitude Valley head office, including building maintenance, contractor management, parking management and site access
- Ensure daily office operations are seamless, including maintaining and ordering of stationery, supplies and consumables
- Greet visitors attending the office and general reception duties
- Conduct office inductions for new starters
- Assist with the booking and management of meeting rooms, catering and resources
- Coordinate events, fundraising initiatives and internal social causes calendar
- Manage purchase orders and invoice processing via Basware
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail services, mail consumables and courier bookings
- Manage office floor plan and workstation resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with fire, safety and other regulations, including management of fire wardens and first aid officers
- Assist with internal staff travel management, including flights, accommodation and car hire bookings
