About the role
The Service Receptionist is the first point of contact for our service guests. The role requires you to have a friendly, enthusiastic and professional approach. The role is ideal for someone who is people oriented and able to provide excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls in a professional manner
- Greet and welcome customers entering attending our site
- Ensure reception area is clean and well maintained
- Other regular administrative activities, data entry, and use of computer systems

Skills and Experience
- Friendly demeanour and can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well presented, reliable and punctual
- Able to manage a high volume of incoming calls
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office, software and telephone systems
- Drivers Licence
