The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.

**The Role**:
As Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our site offices, greeting visitors, handling calls, and ensuring our office operations run smoothly. You’ll support a range of administrative functions, helping maintain a positive, professional, and efficient workplace.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and calls, managing access, security, and enquiries
- Provide customer service to clients, vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Perform general administration: filing, mail, document management, and office support
- Coordinate meetings, catering, travel, and assist with minutes
- Maintain office processes, supplies, and equipment

**About You**:

- A high school certificate (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office environment
- Strong administration and document management skills
- Proficient computer literacy, including confident use of Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and digital systems
- A positive, professional attitude and commitment to upholding project values and culture
