**About The Opportunity**
A multifaceted role that blends the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, and Corporate Travel Coordinator. The position requires a dynamic individual capable of seamlessly managing a wide array of administrative tasks while adeptly supporting executive leadership (primarily the CEO, and other executives from time to time) and overseeing corporate travel logistics.
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and the executive team, including preparation of Board Packs, calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings and special projects.
- Organise corporate events, onsite and offsite.
- Manage office operations of our Perth and Brisbane offices, including maintaining supplies and organising facilities maintenance.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, visas and transportation for executives and employees.
**About You**
You will have a proven background in an executive support role, having worked with senior leaders in your previous organisation/s (preferably CEO). Event management and corporate travel experience will be highly regarded.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain handle a range of situations and stakeholders, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint.
