Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including diary and email management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for business trips.
  • Organise and prepare documentation for meetings, ensuring all materials are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflows.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

Profile

The successful candidate should demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role.
  • Accuracy and diligence with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks.
