**About the role**

As the Home Care Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the Care Management Team which consists of Case Managers & Rostering Coordinators. You will provide high quality & effective leadership, management & training to these staff members which will in turn allow them to ensure clients care needs & supports as set out in their care plans are delivered in a timely & professional manner.

You will also review & monitor care management documentation, ensuring all compliance documentation are accurately maintained at all times, develop and/or enhance methods and procedures and more.

**Key selection criteria**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Allied Health, Nursing, Case Management, or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience managing accounts & clients within healthcare, banking or the corporate sector
- Demonstrated experience managing a team of case managers/client managers or similar
- Knowledge of Aged Care/NDIS services & standards - ideal
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent IT & organisational skills
