You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, who share a deep-seated commitment to elderly care. - Primarily located in CBD and around Bayside area, offering a sense of community and familiarity - Opportunity to "close the loops" of care by alerting GPs to any medical concerns observed during home visits - Join a dynamic, supportive organisation with a strong community reputation - Work within an established brand and medical team, fostering meaningful patient relationships - Grow and enhance your skills with ample career advancement opportunities **About You**: - Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support, Home & Community Care, Aged Care, Disability Services, or equivalent - Possess a minimum of six months of relevant experience - Have a current National Police Check - Have a current NDIS Screening Check - Hold a valid driver's licence and own a reliable vehicle with third-party insurance - Maintain a valid CPR and First Aid certificate obtained within the last six months - Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting elderly individuals in living independently at home, with a keen interest in understanding their medical needs If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to the elderly and are eager to make a positive impact in their lives, we invite you to join our dedicated team at Mark and Sylvie's Home Care. **Job Type**: Casual Pay: $36.18 - $38.53 per hour **Benefits**: - Professional development assistance Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Supplementary Pay: - Penalty rates Ability to commute/relocate: - North Melbourne, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Licence/Certification: - Certificate III qualification (preferred) - Driver Licence (required) - NDIS Screening Check (preferred) - CPR and First Aid Certificate (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Willingness to travel: - 50% (preferred) Work Location: In person
