Reporting to the Concierge Supervisor, the primary objective of this key role is to provide professional and courteous Concierge and Reception services to our residents and visitors of Montefiore. The role also requires supporting our visitor and staff check-in processes which currently consist of daily rapid antigen testing.
**What we require**:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to make every person feel like a VIP
- Front desk experience
- Immaculate presentation
- Intermediate computer skills
