As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for optimizing booking efficiency, improving staff performance, boosting retail sales, increasing rebooking rates, and managing slow hours to enhance staff upselling. Your role will also involve supporting the salon's social media presence and content creation to engage our clients and promote our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Booking Efficiency**:

- Oversee and refine the appointment scheduling system to minimize gaps and maximize booking efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely appointment confirmations and follow-ups.
- **Staff Performance**:

- Monitor and support staff performance by coordinating schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring adherence to salon policies.
- Provide feedback and support to team members to enhance service quality.
- **Retail Sales**:

- Promote and manage retail sales, providing product knowledge to clients and encouraging staff to meet sales targets.
- Track sales metrics and implement strategies to boost retail performance.
- **Rebooking Rate**:

- Encourage and facilitate client rebooking to maintain a steady stream of returning customers.
- Implement programs and incentives to increase rebooking rates.
- **Manage Slow Hours and Improve Staff Upsales**:

- Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage slow hours.
- Encourage and train staff to upsell services and products during client interactions.
- **Social Media and Content Editing**:

- Manage the salon's social media accounts, creating engaging content to attract and retain clients.
- Edit and post content that highlights our services, team, and client experiences.

**Daily Duties**:

- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and valued.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
- Coordinate with stylists and salon staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Manage inventory of retail products and salon supplies.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a salon or spa setting.
- Experience in hairdressing and familiarity with salon services.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with salon management software or willingness to learn.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service, administration, or social media management is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $52,623.12 - $98,847.95 per year

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
