PKF Perth is a locally owned, globally connected Chartered Accounting and advisory firm that has served the WA business community for over 40 years.

In this newly created position, you will contribute to the continued elevation of the PKF brand. Reporting to the Business Operations Manager and Partners, and with support from counterparts across the country, you will drive the design and implementation of local sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

- **Campaign Management**: Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels including digital, print, and social media. This involves scheduling, content creation, and performance tracking.
- **Customer Experience**: Ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout the customer journey, focusing on understanding customer needs, feedback, and preferences to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Content Development**: Assist in the creation of compelling marketing materials such as tenders, newsletters, brochures, and presentations. Ensure all content aligns with the firm’s brand and messaging guidelines.
- **Activation and Event Coordination**: Organise and support firm-sponsored events, webinars, and seminars (sometimes out of standard business hours). This includes logistics planning, attendee coordination, and post-event analysis.
- **Client Communication**: Collaborate with client-facing teams to develop and distribute communication materials that reinforce client relationships and highlight our service offerings.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with the national marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and leverage existing resources for local campaigns.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, including contact management through internal systems (CRM).

**About you - A rising star**
- Experience in professional services environment required - accounting, legal, consulting, etc.
- Tertiary qualified in Marketing or related
- Four years’ experience in B2B marketing and digital strategy execution, ideally with some exposure to professional services
- Confident user of Microsoft 365 apps, SurveyMonkey, MailChimp, and the Adobe Creative Suite, and Greenvelope
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to take a client centric view to create and edit targeted and impactful content that drives enquiry
- Self-motivated with strong personal initiative

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
