As a marketing specialist you will be working with the support of counterparts across Australia and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you have the opportunity to contribute to the continued elevation of the PKF brand as a leading, Top 10 provider of advisory and accounting solutions.

More specifically, you have the opportunity to:

- Planning, developing and managing marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with growth objectives
- Advising executives on approaches to effectively reach target markets, build consumer awareness, and promote the features of service lines
- Coordinating the delivery of campaigns, including specialised tasks such as artwork, copywriting, media planning, production, and media placement, while meeting time and budget constraints
- Analysing data on consumer behaviour and preferences
- Identifying and forecasting current and emerging consumer trends
- Supporting business growth through the development and implementation of marketing objectives, policies and programs
- Commissioning and conducting market research to identify opportunities for both new and existing services
- Providing strategic advice on all aspects of marketing
- Continue to build upon your marketing skills by actively contributing as a member of the national marketing committee
- Build supporting partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the success of revenue generating activities

**About you - A rising star**
- Five years’ experience in marketing and digital strategy execution
- Minimum of three years’ experience in an agency role managing multiple stakeholders
- Confident user of Microsoft O365 apps, MailChimp, the Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign and PhotoShop) and Canva
- Event management experience
- Strong evidenced use of AI, including Custom bot creation
- Experience in SEO analytics and management
- Good writing skills with the ability to take a client centric view to create and edit targeted and impactful content that drives enquiry
- A positive and constructive team player with strong interpersonal skills to build robust working relationships with all stakeholders.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
