Our platform enables businesses and government agencies to securely sign, verify, and analyse documents using advanced encryption protocols and blockchain-backed verification.

Role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead GenieSign's marketing strategy in Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand. The successful candidate will combine technical marketing expertise with product knowledge, pricing analysis, brand strategy, and digital execution. This is a dynamic role requiring hands-on skills in both traditional marketing management and modern AI-powered marketing automation tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing Execution – Plan and run campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, CPC/paid media, and digital channels, using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Sora, Gemini, etc.) to speed up execution and improve ROI.
  • Brand & Category Management – Build and maintain GenieSign's brand presence while managing product category positioning in multiple regions.
  • Pricing & Product Strategy – Conduct market research and pricing analysis to develop competitive strategies for Australia, Singapore, UK, and New Zealand.
  • Partner & Integration Marketing – Support marketing of GenieSign's product integrations with platforms such as Microsoft and other enterprise ecosystems.
  • Sales Promotion – Design and implement promotions tailored to local and international audiences.
  • Technical Content Development – Translate digital signature standards, encryption protocols, blockchain solutions, and AI-driven technology into compelling marketing campaigns.
  • WhatsApp Product Marketing – Create targeted strategies and pitches for WhatsApp-based products and communication channels.
  • Compliance & Legal Awareness – Ensure all campaigns align with advertising, privacy, and consumer law standards in each market.
  • Performance Tracking – Measure success through KPIs for brand identity, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related discipline (Optional).
  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in related roles (Brand Manager, Category Manager, Pricing Analyst, Product Manager, Sales Promotion Officer, Digital Marketing Specialist).
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Sora, Gemini for campaign planning, content creation, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of digital signature standards, encryption, blockchain applications, and AI embedding into technology platforms.
  • Proven ability to market and pitch WhatsApp-based solutions and digital communication products in enterprises.
  • Experience with partner marketing and product integrations (e.g., Microsoft ecosystem).
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Understanding of international marketing regulations and compliance frameworks.
