Job Role – Pre-Amble

Lead high-budget campaigns, shape strategy, and drive measurable growth.

This role is for experienced performance marketers who have a deep understanding of scaling paid social campaigns, attribution modelling, and advanced audience targeting. You'll be responsible for overseeing major accounts, guiding creative direction, and making data-backed decisions that impact bottom-line results. As a senior team member, you'll also mentor junior specialists, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay at the cutting edge of paid social trends to keep our agency ahead of the competition.

What Will You Do?

  • Lead and own the strategy for high-budget paid social accounts, ensuring profitability and scalability.
  • Build, execute, and refine advanced paid social strategies tailored to different industries and business models.
  • Develop and test new performance marketing tactics to push the boundaries of campaign performance.
  • Conduct high-level audience research and implement multi-layered targeting strategies.
  • Work with CRO specialists, data analysts, and creative teams to optimise ad funnels.
  • Oversee budget forecasting, media planning, and account scaling strategies.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the agency at the forefront of performance marketing.

You Will Have:

  • 5+ years experience in paid social advertising, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns.
  • Strong experience with large-budget, high-ROI campaigns across multiple ad platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and data analysis.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and managing teams.
  • Experience with creative strategy, ad production, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate complex performance insights to clients and stakeholders.
