**About Us**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify new market trends, and short
- and long-term market forecasts and provide valuable ideas to support the college in the achievement of recruitment targets.
- Undertake market research, identify market potential, and assist in creating a market plan to attract new international student recruitment from the Onshore and offshore Markets.
- Develop and implement advertising campaigns across multiple media platforms including digital and social media, to support sales and recruitment objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams (graphic designers, content creators, and media specialists) to produce marketing materials such as brochures, online ads, video content, and website updates.
- Identify and evaluate potential distribution channels for targeted marketing campaigns as well as advise on pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize market penetration
- Maximizing the effectiveness of institutional relationships, representing the college at international student recruitment activities, and providing ongoing customer and market insights.
- Assist in the coordination and forward planning of the college's marketing strategies, implementing new promotional/branding opportunities.
- Supporting business development and growth with the formulation and implementation of marketing goals.
- Using data-driven marketing to optimize lead generation and convert sales opportunities.
- Supporting business development and growth with the formulation and implementation of marketing goals.
- Prepare and oversee monthly and yearly marketing reports for onshore and offshore markets.
- Analysing the report from various sources and using the data to improve recruitment of international students from Australia onshore.
- Assist offshore marketing campaigns when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in the education sector
- Experience in international student recruitment is preferred
- Digital marketing skills are preferred
- Need to have impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Have an eye for emerging trends and innovation.
- A confident and natural leader with strong influencing skills.
