**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic, data and results driven Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing and Customer Experience Team in Perth.

Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist is accountable for developing, implementing and managing marketing solutions which have a positive impact on revenue. The Specialist is responsible for ensuring alignment of solutions with business strategy direction/goals and market analysis.

This role will develop and launch best-in-class marketing campaigns, events and strategies to develop new prospects and nurture them through our customer lifecycle - from unknown prospect to loyal customer. It also has a focus on ensuring the WesTrac and Caterpillar brands remain strong internally and externally.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Sales Team to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Lead events ensuring positive customer experience, coordinating marketing, sales teams and external vendors to support execution.
- Analyse CRM and conversion data to optimise strategies.
- Collaborate with the Digital Content Specialist to develop content to support strategies and to develop nurture programs.
- Live the SPARC Values - Lead by example everyday through actions, behaviours and decisions.

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in marketing or communications
- Minimum five years’ post qualification experience in a similar role working on marketing strategies, event management and high-level stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal) including high attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships, both internally and externally (with agencies and vendors)
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
- Advanced computer literacy skills
- Demonstrated analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills to drive results, including use of Google Analytics
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills

**Desirable**
- Sitecore experience developing campaigns and automation
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Relevant industry experience
- Ability to analyse data using PowerBI
