**About the role**
Based in Western Australia, the Contracts Manager is accountable to the Deputy General Manager Program Management Department (PMD) for managing the contractual and commercial activities which support the delivery of renewable energy projects in Australia and Asia/Pacific Regions.
**The purpose of the role is to**:
- Support the Deputy General Manager PMD & relevant Senior Project Manager to ensure effective management of Head Contracts, Subcontracts & Sub-Consultant Agreements;
- Manage the contract administration of client and supply chain contracts in execution, including variations and claims;
- Prepare contract templates for use across multiple projects and manage the document control of all project contracts;
- Establish or maintain relationships with Clients, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Consultants;
- Ensure our commercial risk position (back to back) is adequately managed through upstream and downstream contract phases and the Client contract & Subcontract execution
**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications
- Legal, Business Management and Commercial qualifications will be highly regarded
- Wind industry, Power industry, or Construction Industry experience
- Management and administration of construction contracts.
