We are hiring immediately for a Perth based Contracts Manager - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

As Contracts Manager at Aggreko you will be responsible for managing, administrating, and varying existing agreements, and negotiating product / service contracts with external customers and suppliers. You negotiate contracts that are consistent with business objectives and engage in contract amendments and renegotiation to accommodate scope changes. Additionally you will ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations of all customer contacts. You leverage existing customer relationship to look for opportunities for growth and increased value.

This is a senior role and you will be influencing business decisions made by leadership on complex issues that are of strategic importance.

What you’ll do:

- Manage existing contractual arrangements to ensure all obligations are being met.
- Meet regularly with Aggreko's customers and attend Monthly operational meetings.
- Develop and implement contract management and reporting tools.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers for equipment supply and service agreements.
- Review and negotiate CA's, NDA's, tripartite agreements, etc.
- Manage contract variations, extensions, and be able to assist with negotiating new Power Purchase Agreements.
- Report on a monthly basis the activity and performance levels of all contracts.
- Prepare contract summaries and contract management plans.
- Review invoices and manage any disputes.
- Update the risk register to ensure that the Managing Directors are aware of and adequately address all risk factors that may present from existing contracts.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

- University Degree in Commerce, Finance, Law or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a Contracts Manager position preferably within the energy / utilities / engineering sector
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on win-win outcomes
- Customer focus and collaborative approach
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders internally and externally to achieve outcomes
