Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Specialist – Mining Sector – Perth CBD
Are you an experienced Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Specialist seeking a short-term contract role in the mining industry? Our mining client in Perth CBD is looking for a skilled professional to manage and oversee contracts for a 3-month-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full contract lifecycle: drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure contract compliance and mitigate commercial risks in the mining sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams including procurement, legal, and project management.
- Support dispute resolution and contract variations efficiently.
- Maintain contract documentation and manage contract reporting.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Specialist in the mining or resources sector.
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and mining industry standards.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with contract management systems and MS Office.
- Relevant qualifications in law, business, contract management, or mining is preferred.
