**YOUR ROLE**
Join our dynamic team where you'll champion exceptional customer service and collaborate seamlessly with both our customer and claims teams. You'll be the driving force behind setting clear expectations, timelines, and accountabilities, ensuring we deliver on our commitments. Your role will involve investigating, quantifying, and settling claims, negotiating settlements between insurers, repairers/suppliers, and customers, and minimizing claim costs through savvy management and negotiation techniques. You'll be at the forefront of driving cost-effective solutions, contributing to our customer advocacy and partner NPS scores by executing efficient performance routines. Working in tandem with claims case managers, supply chain, and our partner network, you'll optimize outcomes and swiftly resolve complex issues, all while constantly enhancing our assessment processes for maximum efficiency.
Subject to demand you will be servicing the Blue Mountain and surrounding areas, this is a full-time permanent position, you will have the option to work from home or and IAG office.

**ABOUT YOU**
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally meet the below criteria:
- Trade experience and knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Negotiation, verbal and written communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Drivers License (company vehicle provided)
- Trade Certificate or Qualification within the Building or Construction Industry (desirable)
