A chance to be a part of a huge international insurance business with a presence across Australia. This is a great opportunity for someone to progress their career within the auto industry by moving into a Motor Assessing technical trainer role. You will bring experience in either Motor assessment, spray-painting or panel beating to become a technical trainer for Motor assessment. You will be training new assessors, implementing new practices and upskilling assessors across NSW.

**Your new role**

Working as a Motor Assessor technical trainer, you will be;
- Providing training to assessors in both a classroom setting and a practical setting
- Ensuring that all SLA targets are being met and that you are providing a high level of training and experience
- Writing accurate assessment reports, and performing quality checks on assessors
- Assisting with assessing duties at times of high volumes

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in Motor assessment (preferred) or Panel Beating or Spray Painting
- A Excellent written and verbal communication skills being comfortable talking to internal stakeholders
- An attention to detail and strong computer skills
- Valid driver's license
