**IT Services Analyst**

**Due to major growth we are expanding our IT Services team in Perth and are currently looking for an IT Services Analyst to join the team.**

As an IT Services Analyst, you will provide exceptional customer support to our Perth-based teams as well as support the wider company alongside other localised Service Desk teams, ensuring our IT strategy is implemented globally.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Conduct preliminary analysis of IT service requests and incidents, and manage responses within pre-established service level agreements
- Provide technical advice and guidance to members of the organization at various hierarchical levels
- Administer the procurement, recording, and configuration of asset and hardware inventory in accordance with global standards
- Ensure the proper configuration and maintenance of security controls on all VGW asset endpoints

**What you will bring to the role**:

- A customer-oriented mindset, ensuring effective and supportive interactions with customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem solving skills and attention to detail to analyse and resolve issues promptly
- Proficiency in working independently while actively contributing to team efforts.
- Actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of the delivery of IT services across the business
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- An enthusiasm for technology
