A leading mining organisation is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with strong Splunk expertise to join their team on a 12-month contract. This role is focused on delivering meaningful insights to business functions by monitoring, analysing, and reporting on data through Splunk.

About the Role

  • Monitor and respond to Splunk alerts, logs, and data outputs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support business decision-making.
  • Partner with operations, commercial, and functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
  • Translate data into actionable business intelligence and recommendations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of BI processes and data quality.

About You

  • Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Splunk for analytics, dashboards, and alerting.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders across multiple business units.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
