**Key Activities and Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert guidance on change management, guiding our business through the complexities of change.
- Devise and execute comprehensive change management strategies, enabling smooth transitions during organisational transformations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and project managers to tackle challenges associated with change initiatives.
- Lead impact assessments to understand the effects of change and develop mitigation plans.
- Craft and execute communication plans to transparently share information and gather valuable feedback.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to equip leaders with the tools to facilitate change understanding.

**To excel in this role, you will need**:

- A proven track record in Change Management, driving large-scale transformations.
- Deep experience across Manufacturing, Industrial, or Engineering sectors within complex business environments.
- Profound understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- A practical approach to problem-solving and change implementation.
- Proficiency in project management, delivering results within tight timelines.
- Preferred formal study in Business, Organizational Psychology, Transformation & Change, or related fields. Professional certifications like PROSCI are a plus.
