**Description**: As the Change Manager your role will primarily focus on contributing to the change strategy and managing the implementation of change initiatives sustainably and with impact, across the Planit Group. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Change Manager will coordinate across the group and work with organisation leaders across multiple initiatives. As a pivotal role in ensuring successful adoption and acceptance of change initiatives the Change Manger will work the end-to-end from initial design through to delivery. The Change Manager is accountable for accurate progress reporting of all change initiatives to the Executive. You will Chair Planits Change Advisory Board (CAB) in accordance with ITIL principles. The key responsibilities are Meeting Facilitation and Management, Conflict Resolution, Documentation and Continuous Improvement.

**Responsibilities**: Your Responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive change management strategies that align with their business goals and objectives. - Conduct thorough change impact assessments to identify potential risks, opportunities, and change readiness within client organizations. - Create detailed change management plans, encompassing communication strategies, training programs, stakeholder engagement, and performance metrics. - Lead and guide change management teams in executing the plans effectively, ensuring timely and seamless implementation of change initiatives. - Identify potential resistance points and develop mitigation plans to proactively address resistance to change. - Attend and actively engage in joint CAB meetings, representing our organization's interests and objectives. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Planit Group, including executives, department heads, and end-users. - Engage stakeholders in the change process by providing clear communication and addressing their concerns and questions throughout the transformation journey. - Develop and oversee the implementation of communication materials, ensuring they are tailored to different stakeholder groups and address their specific needs. - Collaborate with the training team to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to embrace the change.
**Mandatory Skills & Experience**: ABOUT YOU: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. - Proven experience as a Change Manager 5+ years, preferably in an IT consultancy or technology-focused environment. - Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools, with a successful track record of leading complex organizational transformations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior change management professionals. - A solid understanding and implementation of ADKAR Model What’s in it for you ?
