Situated within the Process Improvement and Change team, the Organisational Change team is tasked with increasing change management capability across Wealth & Personal Banking (WPB) to support the realisation of benefits for our customers, people and community and achieve sustainable outcomes aligned to the broader business strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing change management and communications activities across multiple, large change initiatives, as well as contributing to and supporting the continuous improvement of our Change Management Framework and Tools.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Understand the change and develop a change approach, utilizing a Change Impact Assessment and other key change management tools to ensure the change needs are appropriately scoped
- Develop and manage the change plan to deliver agreed capabilities and realise customer and business benefits within agreed scope, time and budget
- Complete a Stakeholder Analysis and manage stakeholder communications and engagement; develop effective relationships and ensure stakeholders remain engaged and committed throughout the change
- Providing communications support for key community events in WPB and Process Improvement and Change, such as quarterly Showcases and regular All Hands meetings
- Coaching smaller projects on change management practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrated success in designing, developing and implementing change management and communications plans across multiple transformation projects in a large organisation.
- Exceptional writing and editorial skills, including the ability to manage and produce high quality written material for a wide range of audiences and shared across a variety of channels
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and across large complex environments, whilst prioritizing your work under pressure.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) highly regarded
