**About the role**

HR Services Adviser - Be the Backbone of HR Excellence

Are you a HR dynamo with a knack for staying ahead of the game? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where urgency and foresight are key? We’re looking for an HR Services Adviser to join our team and keep our HR operations running seamlessly

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Manage the employee lifecycle - from contracts to exits, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Be the go-to person for HR lifecycle enquiries, providing accurate and timely advice
- Keep our HR systems up to date, ensuing data accuracy and integrity
- Drive process improvements, enhancing the employee experience

**About You**

We are looking for someone who possesses a strong sense of urgency - you anticipate challenges before they arise. You will also have proactive problem-solving skills where you don’t just react but you stay ahead. The following skills and attributes will also see you set up for success:

- Attention to detail and data accuracy - you keep everything running like clockwork
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role
- SuccessFactors experience (highly desirable)
- Great communication and customer service skills - HR is all about people, after all
