**About the Role**

As an **HR Operations Advisor **, you'll oversee core HR operations, provide expert advice, and lead employee relations (ER) case management. Working closely with Employee Relations Leads, People Partners, and business leaders, you’ll streamline workflows, ensure compliance, and support the delivery of high-quality HR services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **HR Advisory**:Provide expert first-level advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
- **ER Case Management**:Manage a caseload of ER cases, including performance management, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
- **HRIS Administration**:Maintain and optimise the HRIS for data accuracy and functionality, supporting seamless HR operations and reporting.
- **Operational Excellence**:Oversee onboarding, employee status changes, and process coordination for employee movements, new starters, leavers, and internal audits.
- **Collaboration**:Act as a key liaison between Payroll, People Partners, and the broader business, managing escalations and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- **Compliance and Governance**:Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal requirements, internal policies, and confidentiality standards.

**To succeed in this role, you will bring**:

- Proven experience in ER case management, including handling grievances, investigations, and performance issues.
- A solid understanding of employment law, enterprise agreements, and HR policies.
- The ability to provide pragmatic, solution-focused advice with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Experience with HRIS administration and process optimisation, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.A commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.
