Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will be instrumental in managing communication and administration of training across the organisation. The role offered is on a permanent part-time basis with an option for additional days when required. Some key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Administration of data in the Learning Management System (LMS) - General preparation and administration of face-to-face training - Administration duties to support the Learning & Development Department - Communication with staff about learning requirements and events **What we require**: - Excellent communication skills - Strong and efficient written communication skills - Strong computer literacy - An exceptional eye for detail - Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information - Good all-round office management and administration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment **About Us**: Montefiore is an award-winning, Sydney-based aged care provider, with a proud 130-year history as a non-profit organisation founded on Jewish values.
