**About You and the Role**:
John Holland is currently looking to speak to Administrators to join our growing Sydney building team.
Provide administrative support to project, which typically includes tasks such as data entry; the maintenance of financial records; compiling of reports; the processing and completion of forms, stakeholder communications; organisation of team meetings / event logistics; and secretarial support as required.

**Responsibilities of the role include;**:

- Maintain project security by following procedures and controlling access to the building e.g. issuing visitor badges and following visitor sign in procedures
- Maintain project filing and database systems, storing information accurately and safely
- Ensure expenses and invoices are processed and are in line with contractual obligations
- Provide administrative support which may include arranging and attending meetings, conferences, functions, taking and distributing minutes, and making travel and accommodation arrangements as required

**To be successful in this key role, you must have;**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in an office environment
- Administration and document management practices
- Use of databases
- High School certificate or equivalent administrative experience
